1 Interpretation and Definitions

In this document, "u2wallet", "we" or "platform" refers to the u2wallet.one website and all services provided under it. "User", "you" or "member" refers to any individual who registers and uses u2wallet services. "Account" refers to a user's registered profile that provides access to all platform functions.

"Bet" refers to any wager placed through slot games, live casino, sports betting, or any other available game category. "Funds" means money held in a user's account balance. "Wagering Requirement" means the requirement to wager a specified amount before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

2 Registration Eligibility and Membership Conditions

To register an account at u2wallet, you must meet the following requirements:

3 Account Security and Passwords

You are fully responsible for the security of your account login details. u2wallet will never ask for your password through any communication channel, including email or live chat.

• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using a public device.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect any suspicious activity on your account.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

All financial transactions on the u2wallet platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM), except for cryptocurrency which uses the current equivalent value. Accepted payment methods are Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH.

Transaction conditions are as follows:

• Minimum deposit for all payment methods: RM10.
• Minimum withdrawal for all methods: RM50.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 5 to 30 minutes.
• All deposits and withdrawals must use a method registered in the name of the registered user only.
• u2wallet will not process third-party transactions.

u2wallet reserves the right to suspend or cancel any transaction suspected of involvement in fraudulent activity or money laundering.

5 Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

u2wallet offers various promotions and bonuses to members. Each offer is subject to specified wagering requirements. Users must read and understand these conditions before accepting any bonus.

The u2wallet welcome bonus gives you an extra 150% on your first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,500. The wagering requirement is 10 times the bonus amount. Calculation examples:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM150 → Balance RM250 → Wagering required: RM150 × 10 = RM1,500 before bonus withdrawal is permitted.
• Deposit RM2,200 → Bonus RM1,500 → Balance RM3,700 → Wagering required: RM1,500 × 10 = RM15,000.

• Bonuses cannot be transferred or converted directly to cash without meeting the wagering requirements.
• Each user is eligible for the welcome bonus once only.
• u2wallet reserves the right to modify or end any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system will result in the bonus being forfeited and possible account closure.

6 VIP Programme and Weekly Cashback

u2wallet rewards user loyalty through a VIP programme consisting of four tiers. Each tier provides a different weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.4%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.8%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 1.1%.
• Platinum: Weekly cashback of up to 1.5%.

VIP tier upgrades depend on the user's activity and engagement on the platform. u2wallet reserves the right to review VIP eligibility periodically. Cashback is credited to the user's account on a schedule set by management.

7 Prohibited Conduct and Platform Misuse

Users are strictly prohibited from doing any of the following while using the u2wallet platform:

• Using automated software, bots, or any third-party tools to manipulate games or the betting system.
• Committing financial fraud, including using a credit card or e-wallet that does not belong to the user.
• Colluding with other users to exploit weaknesses in games or the bonus system.
• Creating multiple accounts under the same or different identities for the purpose of collecting bonuses.
• Channelling funds through the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Spreading false or misleading information about the platform to others.

Violating any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of all bonus balances, and forfeiture of funds obtained through unauthorised means. u2wallet reserves the right to take further legal action if necessary.

8 Responsible Gambling

u2wallet is fully committed to responsible gambling practices. We encourage all users to set daily, weekly or monthly limits on their deposits and bets. Gambling should be treated as entertainment only, not as a primary source of income.

9 Liability Limits and Service Disruptions

u2wallet strives to provide a stable and reliable service at all times. However, the platform does not guarantee that the service will always operate without interruption or technical errors. Under the following circumstances, u2wallet is not liable for any losses:

• Technical disruptions caused by third-party software providers.
• Internet connection failures on the user's end.
• Losses arising from extraordinary events such as natural disasters, cyberattacks or instructions from authorities.
• Response time differences in transaction processing caused by third-party financial institutions.

Any disputes relating to game outcomes will be resolved based on u2wallet's server records, which are considered the final and binding record.

10 Amendments to Terms and Notification of Changes

u2wallet reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on the website. Users are responsible for reviewing these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are published is considered acceptance of the updated terms.

11 Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws under u2wallet's international licensing jurisdiction. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement between the user and u2wallet will be referred to the relevant arbitration body under the licence held by this platform.

The official languages for all dispute communications are Malay and English. Users are encouraged to contact our support team first before making any formal claim, as most issues can be resolved within a short time through the available support channels.
